Why am I not losing weight despite eating 1500 calories daily? Male 24y 161kg 174cm and obese. My calorie tracking is on point, I mostly eat prepackaged food and occasionally cook for myself measuring only the raw ingredients, yes including the oil.

I dont really snack, I stopped feeling normal hunger 2 weeks ago and I dont really enjoy food anymore, I just eat when I remind myself to eat or when i feel a little nauseous (probably from too much stomach acid because I used to eat like every hour before).
Except the one zero sugar monster I drink in the morning, I dink ice water all day, I dont drink beverages.
I eat the above in 2 portions.
